In the academic year of 2020-2021 we as a school have extended our support provision to ensure the needs of all our students are met, allowing them to make their best personal progress. The Flourish programme was developed to deliver a modified curriculum for Math and English in a smaller class size for students who need a more bespoke programme and teaching method of delivery for them to be able to access the curriculum in line with their peers and accelerate their progress. All of the Flourish teachers are trained in the UK curriculum and have a background working with students who have additional needs linked to their academic, social, emotional, or communication needs. Students attend flourish to allow them to gain the confidence to access their year group lessons independently alongside their peers and classmates.
